Working with a personal trainer is a great option whether the goal is to lose pounds to relieve stress on aching joints, to help alleviate discomfort and pain from low back or sciatic issues, or to find ways to improve your overall strength, balance, and mobility. There is something for everyone.
 

The Area Leader in Fitness for People Age 50+
FiftyNorth offers some of the top personal trainers in the area, professionals who will work with you and your schedule to find times that work the best for you to train. Who will craft a fitness program to suit your own personal body needs, meeting with you on an ongoing basis, checking in from time to time (in-person or via Zoom), or simply meeting with you one time to get you on track to your fitness goals. All have nationally recognized, current certifications, along with additional training especially for working with people over 50, including working with special health and orthopedic issues.

Personal Training Fees

Full Hour:  $40 per hour (member), $45 per hour (nonmember)
10-Session Package: $380 (member), $420 (nonmember)

Half-Hour: $25 per 1/2-hour (member), $30 per 1/2-hour (nonmember)
10-Session Package: $235 (member), $285 (nonmember)

Pilates Reformer Personal Training
Cost: $40 per session (member); $45 per session (nonmember)

Pilates reformer sessions will help you increase strength, mobility, and flexibility. Exercise on the reformer is especially effective for strengthening the stabilizer muscles around the joints, including the shoulders, knees, and hips, and for keeping the bones healthy. The exercises are fun, and it's a great way to supplement any PT rehab program as well as gain overall functional muscle tone and fitness. Cheryl is a certified STOTT Pilates mat and reformer instructor with many years of teaching experience. Personal Training Sessions are arranged with the trainer.
