As you might guess from what you’ve already learned about FiftyNorth, our members aren’t the kind of folks who sit around and twiddle their thumbs.

Happily, they don’t have to—thanks to special events at the center (sock hops and proms, art gallery openings, and performances by local musicians, the center’s musical groups, and college ensembles) and to trips that venture forth to Twin Cities’ museums, sports venues, powwows, and the Great River Shakespeare Festival in Winona. 

Recent events and travel include a summer picnic under the stars, holiday concerts, a fashion show, a vintage car show, a prom, new member luncheons, donor appreciation gatherings, and readers theater performances and trips to a Twins game, a women’s professional hockey match, a performance of the St. Paul Chamber Orchestra, and the Art in Bloom exhibit at the Minneapolis Institute of Art.
