Lifelong Learning... and Fun
Great classes, teachers, and classmates await you! While many who become members at FiftyNorth initially do so in order to pursue fitness activities, they soon discover the other great programs here. Drawing on the expertise of members and current and retired educators from area schools and colleges, we offer courses in everything from art appreciation, environmental issues, Spanish, and watercolor to refresher courses on first aid and driving. [To see what’s happening this month, click here.]
And then there’s the interest groups. Love to play cards? Have we got a deal for you! Join a musical ensemble, the book club, the cast of a theater production, or a group for photographers, gardeners, or rockhounds. [To see what’s happening this month, click here.]
Listed below are a few of the offerings in 2024. If there’s a course you’d like to take or teach or a group you’d like to join or organize, contact one of our Program Coordinators: Patty Ciernia or Michelle Brant.
