Their handy resource guide covers topics like food and nutrition, health and wellness, housing information, transportation, and other resources of the sort needed to live engaged and independent lives. Another good resource is the Minnesota Aging Pathways, which provides information on financial and legal planning, long-term care planning, housing, Medicare, and other important matters.
